Welcome to the Krypted update for May! This month was pretty insane, prepare for the statistic dump!
Achievement unlocked!
For the first time in SLYCE (our alliance) history, a corporation has tied with the founding corporation, Alpha Republic. That corporation was us, and we’re extremely proud of all of our dudes that showed up to the numerous amount of fleets this month.
Keep up the good work!
May
This past month was excellent for activity, with around 34 active PvP members across the month. That just so happens to be exactly how many main characters we have in the corporation, thus 100% of our membership is actively participating in combat.
Every month, we seem to be getting recruits that break records and set the bar for even our veterans. This month, Lestat deLincourd and Jack Hazzard stepped up to the plate, becoming some of the top contributors in the corporation within their first month. Hats off to you guys!
Currently 81.3% of our members are combat based, and 18.8% of our members are industry based. Also, 6.3% of our corporation members are here because they “want to catch them all.” Around 37.5% of our members are EU based, and 31.3% are US based. The other 31.3% have no lives.
As an excellent statistic, 81.3% of our members are online daily.
Our member comfort rating is 4.50/5.00, a decrease from last month. This month was heavily focused on feedback, so hopefully we will see that increase.
Structural
We have had excellent changes to our FC program, and have constantly worked on forming up faster, and keeping fleet lengths low. Check out our commander log for more information. Our FC approval rating is 3.88/5.00.
Our department approval has relatively been stable around 30-40%, except for logistics, which is stable at around 20%, and software at 5%. Obviously, we’ll never be perfect, so we’ll constantly be working on these, and these results seem to be normal.
Upcoming
For the following month, we’re really going to focus on optimizing our corporate fleet times. We want them to be in one hour intervals, and roughly no longer than two hours.
Our corporation is fairly stable at the moment, and I believe that we have finally reached the point where our core member base is primarily composed of veterans that won’t be disappearing, and we’re able to focus heavily on bringing quality recruits in. Our rejection rates have increaesd, we’re really looking for the people that fit us best now, instead of just having high turnover for batches of recruits.
Keep up the good work, we have finally build our foundation. Now for the skyscraper!
